instructions of use
Remove the Canelés from their packaging. Defrost for 5 hours at 0-4°C, then leave for at least 10 minutes at
room temperature before serving. You can also put them in a traditional hot oven without defrosting
5 to 10 minutes at 220°C (Th 7- 8); allow to cool before serving.
storage tips
Store at -18°C. After thawing, store at 4°C and eat within 4 days.
Never refreeze a thawed product !
